We Are Searching For Head Tutor Math With Following Qualities...

  • Very excellent in mathematics for primary and secondary level.
  • Be a reference for tutors in mathematics.
  • Prepare teaching aids for each class sessions.
  • Explain the usage of teaching aids to tutors to be used in the class.
  • To ensure tutors use the teaching aids in class.
  • To ensure tutors teach according to lesson plan.
  • Advice for lesson plans adjustment if needed.
  • Monitor for students question on medium provided.
  • Advice and propose solutions for tutors better teaching.
  • Propose solutions for tutors enhancement to the management.
  • Monitor tutors daily task.
  • Monitor tutors KPI.
  • Identify clients feedbacks and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Be speaker for our program.
  • Always ready to replace tutor for teaching in class if tutor absent/on leave.
  • Keep a professional and proper look/communication while surrounded by students, clients and team members.
  • Attend and show commitment in every meetings and discussions conduct either at headquarters or anywhere else.
  • Involve in all activities as directed.
  • Alert in all changes happens in Malaysia education.
  • Alert in mathematics syllabus for all level included in the service.
  • Report to responsible department if there is any conflict involving students.
  • Suggest and implement any ideas in order to improve quality of services.
  • Creative, able to find solution and solve issues regarding tutors and class.
  • Other task as directed later.
  • High discipline and punctual.
  • Patient and determine to assist students for better achievements.
  • Willing to learn new things with minimal supervision.
  • Able and confidence to speak in english even though not fluent.
  • Possess transportation.
  • Possess laptop.

  • Minimum degree in mathematics/related fields.

Basic Salary: Probation – RM1500 - RM2100 (according to experience)

After probation – RM1600 - RM2600 (according performance and education level)

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 2.00pm - 10.00pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Probation Period: 3 months

Working Location: Seri Iskandar, Perak
